If I select the 3 or 5 payment plan how often do the payments come out?

The payments will be processed every 30 days from the date of your order.

I can't seem to select the payment plan with Paypal, why is this?

You cannot purchase products on payment plans using Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover for the monthly payment options.

Shipping Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all products sold in the Drummer Store can be shipped anywhere in the world. Drum-sets are shipped free of charge anywhere in US & Canada. If you live outside of the US & Canada and would like to buy a drum-set please contact us for a shipping quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order shipped to the US & Canada will take 5 - 7 business days to arrive. International orders generally take 7 - 12 business days. We ship each pack within two business days of ordering.

If I pay using the payment plan, does my order ship right aways? Or do I have to wait until the payments have been completed?

Your order will ship after the first payment has been completed. The remaining payments will be processed every 30 days.

What region are the DVDs?

All of the DVDs we sell are 100% region free and will play in any DVD player.

It says jazz and Latin are covered in the Drumming System, does this mean I don't need the Jazz or Latin Drumming Systems?

The Jazz Drumming System and Latin Drumming System are dedicated instructional packages to teach those specific styles. When we created the Drumming System we gave a basic overview of each of those styles to try and keep the package smaller (it still ended up being over 30 hours long).

If you would like to further your education on jazz and Latin drumming we highly recommend those training packages.

I only plan on playing rock on the drums, would you recommend I just buy the Rock Drumming System?

Yes, if you only plan on playing rock drumming then the Rock Drumming System would be great for you. However, as drummers we always recommend that students study a wide variety of styles to prepare them for any musical situation. In addition to this, the Drumming System does cover a large variety of rock and includes over 100 play-alongs to use.

What are the differences between the Drumming System and the Rock Drumming System?

The Rock Drumming System is a much more condensed package, and focuses only on rock drumming. The Drumming System covers a wide variety of beats and fills in many different styles. If your budget permits, we always recommend the Drumming System.

I am just starting out, would you recommend the Drumming System or Rock Drumming System?

For beginner drummers we always recommend the Drumming System. It gives a basic overview of everything you need, no matter what style of music you want to play.
